Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Convosify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Convosify is a macOS application that provides:

• •Message Guardian: On-device machine learning to analyze message tone before sending
• •Text Enhancement: AI-powered writing assistance including grammar correction, rephrasing, and translation
• •Summarization: AI-powered text summarization and action item extraction

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes on devices you own or control.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Text Enhancement features require you to provide your own API key from a supported AI provider (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini). By using these features:

• •You agree to the terms of service of your chosen AI provider
• •You are responsible for any costs incurred from API usage
• •You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
• •You understand that text sent for enhancement is processed by third-party services according to their privacy policies

5. Accessibility Permissions

The App requires macOS Accessibility permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to read selected text and detect message sending actions in supported applications. You may revoke these permissions at any time through System Settings.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Not use the App to process content that violates others' rights
• •Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• •Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• •The tone analysis will be 100% accurate or catch all potentially problematic messages
• •The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• •AI-generated suggestions or enhancements will be appropriate for all contexts

You are ultimately responsible for the content of your messages. The App is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOSIFY AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• •Damages resulting from messages you send with or without using the App
• •Damages resulting from third-party AI service usage or failures

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Convosify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
